Mongolia is located on a high plateau with long, cold winters, frequent low temperatures, strong winds and sand, and weak power grids in some areas, posing extremely high requirements for the cold resistance, stability and wind-sand resistance of lighting equipment.
In response to the local special climate and application environment, BSW’s technical team developed a customized solution:
selecting low-temperature resistant high-performance LED light sources and drivers to ensure normal startup and stable lighting in low-temperature environments;
optimizing the lamp structure design and enhancing the sealing protection level to effectively resist wind, sand, rain and snow erosion;
improving the material strength and anti-corrosion performance of poles to adapt to long-term harsh outdoor environments;
meanwhile, optimizing light distribution according to local road width, traffic flow and lighting needs, improving road brightness uniformity, reducing glare, and ensuring safe night driving.
During project implementation, BSW Optoelectronics efficiently promoted the whole process from product design, manufacturing to logistics delivery, strictly controlling quality and construction period.
