Once solar street lights enter an engineering project, customers are often dealing with more than one type of luminaire. Roads, parks, scenic areas, courtyards, plazas and public spaces have different requirements for wattage, photometry, pole height, control modes and appearance. Bosiwei has connected solar street lights, LED road lights, high-mast lights, garden lights, smart poles, landscape lighting, traffic signals and related poles to provide a continuous product portfolio for different lighting projects.
This portfolio is not simply several products placed in one catalogue. Bosiwei has established relationships between product specifications, installation methods, control requirements and delivery documents. Municipal roads can use solar street lights and road-lighting products, park entrances can use garden or landscape lights, plazas and logistics sites can use high-mast lights according to height and illuminance requirements, and traffic nodes can be coordinated with signals and related poles. Customers receive a lighting system that can expand, rather than disconnected individual products.
During project confirmation, Bosiwei has included road width, pole spacing, mounting height, lighting hours, target illuminance and local climate conditions in product matching. The PV modules, batteries, controllers and photometry of solar street lights correspond to road conditions and operating hours, while LED road lights and high-mast lights are confirmed by mounting height, coverage and maintenance requirements. Through specifications, photometric curves and DIALux or other illuminance calculations, customers can see the relationship between different products before batch procurement.
Lighting points on village roads and remote communities in East Africa are often widely distributed. Bosiwei has included the independent operation of solar street lights, English installation documents and spare-parts supply in the delivery. For community entrances, areas around schools and public roads, the products can retain independent lighting configurations based on site conditions. English specifications, wiring labels, packing lists, installation steps and commissioning requirements correspond to the actual models. Where required, SONCAP, PVOC, COC, CE, EMC and RoHS materials are matched by product category and destination.
Industrial parks, warehouse roads and camps in Gulf markets are more sensitive to heat, dust and strong ultraviolet exposure. Bosiwei has included IP protection, thermal design, controller operating range, pole coatings and panel-cleaning requirements for solar street lights, road lights and high-mast lights in the technical files. For Saudi markets, SASO, Saber and related shipping documents remain linked to the actual models, allowing different luminaires in one project to be checked and delivered according to their own product documents.
Tourism roads, community spaces and parks in Latin America often combine road lighting, landscape lighting and public-area lighting. Bosiwei has maintained technical and visual continuity through combinations of solar street lights, garden lights and landscape lighting. During long-distance transport and repeated handling, poles, brackets, luminaires and packages carry corresponding labels, allowing contractors to check separate deliveries against the packing lists and installation files.
Remote roads, mines and industrial sites in Australia have significant differences in lighting height and maintenance access. Bosiwei has established separate structural, protection and maintenance documents for high-mast lights, LED road lights and solar street lights. Pole structures, foundation designs, IP and IK protection, coating or salt-spray information, and RCM and other destination-market documents correspond to the relevant products and site conditions. Lithium-battery solar products are also accompanied by UN 38.3 test materials and SDS or MSDS for transport.
Municipal roads, campuses and parks in Europe require closer alignment between lighting files and actual products. Bosiwei has prepared basic CE-LVD, EMC and RoHS materials around the models and matched CB, ENEC or TUV test materials, relevant IEC 60598 safety requirements, and LM-79 and LM-80 performance materials where required. Photometric curves, DIALux calculations, grounding and maintenance requirements for solar street lights, LED road lights, garden lights and landscape lights can be checked by model, avoiding one untraceable document set being shared across different products.
Coastal ports, island roads and fisheries parks pay closer attention to corrosion conditions for poles, brackets, fasteners, enclosures and battery compartments. Bosiwei has recorded materials and surface treatments in the product files and reviewed applicable conditions against IP, IK, salt-spray tests, coating information, ISO 12944 and C5-M requirements. Solar street lights and high-mast lights may perform different tasks in the same project, while their material, coating and structural basis remains clear.
A complete portfolio also has to work in batch delivery and later replenishment. Bosiwei has recorded the actual configuration of different products in the same project through BOMs, specifications, serial numbers, batch records, packing lists and spare-parts lists. When customers replenish solar street lights, road lights, garden lights or control components, they can continue by the original model and batch. Contractors can also find the corresponding parts, documents and warranty basis during installation and maintenance.
Battery, controller and lighting-control documents have also become part of the Bosiwei product system. Lithium-battery solar products are accompanied by battery-safety documents, UN 38.3 test reports, SDS or MSDS, and applicable IEC 62619 testing or compliance materials. The controller’s overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit and temperature protection, dimming schedule, communication method and fault records remain clear in specifications or commissioning documents. Although the products serve different applications, their project files, batch records and later support can still work together.
Jiangsu Bosiwei Optoelectronics Group has formed a product direction covering solar street lights, LED road lights, high-mast lights, garden lights, smart poles, landscape lighting, traffic signals and related poles. Through continuing overseas engineering delivery, Bosiwei has connected product configuration, photometric files, global market documents, packing and transport, site installation, batch consistency and long-term maintenance. For engineering, export, wholesale and OEM/ODM customers, this complete portfolio allows different lighting products to be delivered together in one project.
A solar lighting project does not become stronger simply because a catalogue contains more products. What matters is whether the products form clear relationships in configuration, documentation and service. Bosiwei has extended the single solar street-light product into a complete lighting portfolio and matched each model with specifications, certification, installation, acceptance and maintenance documents. Customers therefore receive not only one luminaire, but a lighting product system that can expand with the project and continue to operate.
