For Solar Street Light Production, Bosiwei Has Turned Approved Samples into Stable Engineering Products

Sep 30, 2026

For Bosiwei, the most important point in a solar street-light project is not sending a sample to the customer, but turning the approved sample into a consistent batch of products. During sample approval, the customer sees the luminaire, mounting interface and system configuration. Once mass production begins, the PV module, battery, controller, housing, brackets, cables, packing and documents all need to correspond to that sample. Bosiwei has made sample approval the basis for production, inspection and delivery, keeping the sample and batch products consistent for use on roads, in parks and in public spaces across different countries.

At the beginning of a project, Bosiwei has fixed the approved details in specifications, a BOM and sample-approval documents. Luminaire power, photometry, CCT, housing and mounting method, PV size and power, battery type, capacity and location, as well as the controller’s dimming schedule and protection functions, no longer remain only in a chat record or quotation. Purchasing, production, quality inspection and the customer work against the same standard, without relying on last-minute changes during batch production.

For village roads and remote community projects in East Africa, Bosiwei has incorporated site installation conditions into product delivery. Because installation locations are often far from cities, local teams may rely on English specifications, wiring labels and packing lists. Bosiwei provides clear interfaces between the luminaire, PV module, battery, controller and pole, together with installation steps, commissioning requirements, spare-parts recommendations and warranty procedures. Where required, CE, EMC, RoHS and SONCAP, PVOC or COC documents are matched to the product and destination instead of being combined into one generic package.

For industrial parks, warehouse roads and camps in Gulf markets, Bosiwei has included high temperatures, dust, strong ultraviolet exposure and panel soiling in the product configuration and technical documents. IP protection, thermal design, controller operating range, battery temperature protection, panel cleaning, pole coating and fasteners are addressed in the delivery files. For Saudi markets, SASO, Saber and related shipping materials are checked against the actual model and import arrangement. Certification documents are not merely names in a catalogue; they form part of the product and destination-specific delivery package.

For rural roads, tourism roads and community-lighting projects in Latin America, Bosiwei has completed the supporting work for packing, numbering, foundation dimensions and installation angles. Long transport distances and repeated handling can mix parts or create differences between the original plan and site conditions. Bosiwei provides photometric files, illuminance calculations and installation instructions so that contractors can build according to the documents. Changes in road width, mounting height or arm angle have a corresponding technical basis instead of being solved by trial and error on site.

For remote roads, mines and industrial sites in Australia, Bosiwei has included long-term stability in sample and batch delivery. Pole structures, foundation designs, IP and IK protection, coating or salt-spray information, and RCM and other destination-market documents are prepared according to project requirements. Lithium-battery products are accompanied by UN 38.3 test materials and SDS or MSDS. For heat, dust, wind loads and maintenance access, the conditions supported by testing and those requiring confirmation by the project owner are distinguished before delivery.

European municipal roads, campuses and parks require close consistency between products and documents, and Bosiwei has built a corresponding documentation system around the actual model. In addition to basic CE-LVD, EMC and RoHS materials, CB, ENEC or TUV test materials, relevant IEC 60598 safety requirements, and LM-79 or LM-80 performance materials are matched to specific products and projects where required. Photometric curves, DIALux or other illuminance calculations, pole foundations, grounding and maintenance requirements correspond to the actual model, so a general certification list does not replace the engineering files for the batch.

During mass production, Bosiwei has also placed connectors, cables, bolts, brackets, controllers, battery compartments and packing labels under consistent management. BOMs, serial numbers, batch records, packing lists and spare-parts lists preserve the actual configuration of each shipment. Customers can check quantities and models on arrival, installers can identify the correct parts, and after-sales staff can trace issues through the batch records.

For wholesalers and distributors, the batch consistency established by Bosiwei directly supports repeat supply. Stable housing dimensions, battery capacity and controller functions allow customers to continue using their installation experience and spare-parts inventory. Sample approval, material purchasing, production inspection, packing, shipment and after-sales spares are connected in one process, allowing customers to reorder against the original specification rather than starting product confirmation again.

Jiangsu Bosiwei Optoelectronics Group covers solar street lights, LED road lights, high-mast lights, garden lights, smart poles, landscape lighting, traffic signals and related poles. For engineering, export, wholesale and OEM/ODM customers, Bosiwei has connected samples, specifications, photometry, certification documents, packing, installation guidance, spares and warranty support into one delivery relationship, covering sample approval, mass production, engineering files, site installation and later spare-parts support.

A solar street-light project ultimately tests whether Bosiwei can turn one approval into stable delivery over time. Bosiwei has converted approved configurations into consistent batch products, prepared the corresponding documents, recorded the parts and responsibility of each batch, and provided model-specific support afterward. For cross-border engineering, Bosiwei delivers not only solar street lights, but engineering products that can be purchased, installed, accepted, maintained and reordered.
